Bandai Namco has dropped a few tidbits of Little Nightmare news today, including confirmation of a new free demo to celebrate the release of The Hideaway, the second DLC drop for the cult indie horror.

The free demo is available now via for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

As for the latest piece of DLC? “The Runaway Kid will have to find and rescue the Nomes to escape from this gloomy place,” says Namco via a press release. “These curious creatures have a secret but they can help to overcome all obstacles! Where are all these Nomes coming from? What secrets are buried in their nest? The Hideaway introduces more complex puzzle mechanics that will require you to work with the Nomes in a hub-like layout to let you have more freedom to explore.”

Finally, Namco also confirmed the third and final piece of DLC will be available from February 10, 2018. As yet, though, a title hasn’t been released.

Little Nightmares is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. I freaking loved it, giving it a 95 in our Little Nightmares Review and stating: “Little Nightmares stands head and shoulders above its peers it terms of its true innovation, beautiful, atmospheric design, and a truly terrible tale. For any horror fan, Little Nightmares is the stuff of dreams.”

Short. Sweary. Sarky. Streamer. Spartan. Story-driven games make me happiest. Spectacularly bad at shooters, but loves them. Screams a lot playing horror games, but loves those, too.
