The Shadow of the Colossus remake is coming to PlayStation 4 on February 6, 2018.

We first found out about the remake in E3 earlier this year, but this is the first time Sony has locked down the release date. To celebrate, it also released a spanking new trailer, which gives us a peek at the remastered environments we’ll get to explore come February.

“Experience the timeless classic, rebuilt from the ground up for the PlayStation 4 system by Japan Studio and Bluepoint Games,” said Sony in the video description… and that’s all it said. Sorry. But when it finally has more to say, we’ll let you know.

While we’re on subject of Shadow of the Colossus, check out our review of The Last Guardian – which we gave 55/100 – in which we said: “For all the things I love about The Last Guardian narratively, I was consistently frustrated by trying to play it. I could see myself coming back to the narrative every few years like I do Shadow of the Colossus, but I highly suspect I’ll do so by watching a YouTube Let’s Play rather than playing it myself.”

Short. Sweary. Sarky. Streamer. Spartan. Story-driven games make me happiest. Spectacularly bad at shooters, but loves them. Screams a lot playing horror games, but loves those, too.
