Microsoft has unveiled two new Battlefield 1 Xbox One S bundles.

The Xbox One S offers 4K video streaming and High Dynamic Range (HDR) and, as Microsoft’s keen to emphasise, the only console with a 4K UHD Blu-ray player.

The first offering is the 500GB bundle which launches on October 13 (see above). For £250 you’ll get the console, a full download code for Battlefield 1 Standard Edition, and a month’s trial of EA Access.

The second bundle offers a 1TB console – in ‘military green’ – but also upgrades the Battlefield game, offering a full-game download of the Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition.

You’ll also get the Hellfighter Pack, Red Baron Pack, Lawrence of Arabia Pack, a new visual appearance of the Behemoths, five Battlepacks and one month of EA Access. This bundle will retail for £300 ($350 ish) and is also available from October 13, 2016. It’s currently a GAME exclusive, though, so you won’t be able to find it to buy anyplace else.

What do you think of the new bundles?

The recent Battlefield 1 beta launch was not without its problems, with players struggling to connect. EA acknowledged the issues whilst promising it was working to resolve the issues “as fast as possible”.

EA recently revealed details of a premium pass for upcoming historical shooter, Battlefield 1. The $50 expansion offers new maps, modes, classes, weapons, vehicles, and armies, all of which will come two weeks early to pass owners.

Short. Sweary. Sarky. Streamer. Spartan. Story-driven games make me happiest. Spectacularly bad at shooters, but loves them. Screams a lot playing horror games, but loves those, too.
