Sony has confirmed the next batch of freebies heading for PlayStation Plus subscribers.

Up for grabs on PlayStation 4 this month is “fantasy epic” Lords of the Fallen, and thegamecompany’s critically acclaimed Journey. PS3ers can also play Journey, too, along with Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, and Datura.

Badland, a multi-award-winning side-scrolling action adventure game, is free for all platforms and, last but not least, Vita-ers can lay their hands upon Amnesia: Memories.

“Finding yourself alone in the desert as the mysterious Traveler, you must make your way to a distant mountaintop,” says Sony. “But there is so much more to this sublime experience than simply traversing the world. With stunning visuals, an amazing soundtrack, and a unique online experience there really is something very special about Journey.”

Subscribers will be able to access the games from September 6, 2016. If you’ve get to grab August’s PlayStation Plus offerings, hurry!

Later this month, the price for the PS subscription in US and Canada will increase. While as yet no changes to European plans have been announced, the US PS Blog has confirmed the twelve-month price will increase to $60 USD ($70 CAD), or $25 USD / $40 CAD for a three-month sub.

If you’re already subbed up, the new prices will kick in when your membership next renews on or after September 22, 2016.

Short. Sweary. Sarky. Streamer. Spartan. Story-driven games make me happiest. Spectacularly bad at shooters, but loves them. Screams a lot playing horror games, but loves those, too.
